What is the LCC Red Devil Rewards Program?

The LCC Red Devil Rewards program allows you to earn points on every purchase at the LCC Bookstore, whether it be online or in store. Points are redeemable for credit toward future purchases – so the more you buy, the more you save!

How it Works

In Store

Each time you make a purchase at the LCC Bookstore, let the cashier know that you are a rewards member. Provide your 10-digit phone number and we can look up your account!

Online

If you are shopping online, just check the “yes” button at checkout to indicate you are a rewards member. Points become available to redeem 24 hours after the original date of purchase. Earn 1 point for every dollar spent!

How to Register

In Store Instructions

If you would like to create a LCC Red Devil Rewards account in store, simply inform one of our cashiers and we will gladly create an account for you at our registers.

Online Instructions

If you already have an online account at the LCC Bookstore website:

1. Log into your LCC Bookstore account
2. Select “Update your profile”
3. Scroll toward the bottom of the profile page where you will see the option to enroll in the LCC Red Devil Rewards program
4. Select “Yes” to participate
5. Enter your ctcLink student ID number. If you do not have a student ID number, enter your 10-digit phone number (do not include spaces or dashes)
6. Select the “Register” button located toward the bottom right, and you’re all set to start shopping!

If you do not already have an online account at the LCC Bookstore website:

1. Go to bookstore.lowercolumbia.edu
2. Select the “Sign In” button at the top right corner of the homepage
3. Choose the “Register Here” option under the log-in information
4. Fill out the required information indicated with an asterisk*
5. At the bottom of the profile page, select “Yes” to participate in the LCC Red Devil Rewards program
6. Enter your ctcLink student ID number. If you fo not have a student ID number, enter your 10-digit phone number (do not include spaces or dashes)
7. Select the “Register” button located toward the bottom right, and you’re all set to start shopping!

Returns

Purchases made with LCC Red Devil Rewards points are non-refundable. If you use points toward a purchase and then return that item, your points will not be credited back to your account. You will, however, be refunded any money spent on the purchase.

Disclaimers and Points Expiration

The LCC Bookstore reserves the right to cancel the rewards program at any time and for any reason, at which time any unredeemed points will become invalid.

Points cannot be earned or redeemed on any of the following items:

• Gift cards
• Shipping
• Sales tax
• Technology

Points are valid for individual use only, and cannot be earned nor redeemed by departmental or third-party charge transactions.

Points cannot be redeemed for cash, and can only be credited toward future purchases.

Points are valid for 365 days after they have been accrued; they will expire after 365 days if they are not used.
